SATEKLES BUSINESS CENTER,developed by Linstow Baltic, one of the leading real estate companies in the Baltics, held a ridgepole ceremony on August 28, 2024. Construction work at the center is due to be completed next year, when the main building will become home to AS SEB banka central offices in Latvia. Meanwhile, premises with a total area of 2200 m2 are still available to tenants in the other buildings in the complex.

The premises available for leasing are located in the new buildings on Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša Street 4 and Dzirnavu Street 106. The total area available for rent in the new six-story building on Dzirnavu Street is 1860 m², and these premises are available for rent by one or more tenants. The premises on the first floor of the building will be appropriate for both offices and commercial activities, while the top floor of the building will be home to a roof terrace. In turn, in the two-story cultural-historical wooden building with a mansard, located on Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša Street, the area available for leasing is 380 m². These premises can be leased by one or more tenants. Moreover, the premises on the first floor of the building will be particularly suitable for businesses that need a regular flow of visitors or customers, while the upper floors will be ideal for modern offices. A private lockable inner courtyard will also be available for the convenience of tenants in both buildings.

It is also important to note that, certifying SATEKLES BUSINESS CENTER’s compliance with the highest quality standards and outstanding sustainability solutions, in the autumn of 2023, it received international recognition according to the BREEAM building certification system BREEAM International New Construction 2016 for a design stage, which – at that time – had the only outstanding rating in Latvia. It is also planned that a certificate of this level will be received after the site has entered its service.

After its opening in 2025, the 12,000 m2SATEKLES BUSINESS CENTER office complex will comprise five mutually connected buildings, including the integration of one wooden building that is part of the city’s cultural-historical heritage. The office complex is located in the quarter between Elizabetes Street, Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša Street, Dzirnavu Street and Satekles Street, and organically fits into the neighborhood quarter comprised of Riga’s Central Railway Passenger Station, the Origo One Business Center and Origo Shopping Center.
