On May 15, 2024, Linstow Baltic, one of the leading real estate developers in the Baltics, presented the development concept for the SPORTA 2  quarter. The development concept aims to create a multifunctional, modern, and sustainable urban district between Hanzas, Vesetas, and Sporta streets, combining contemporary design elements with the area’s historically authentic features.

The SPORTA 2 quarter will offer everything needed for a healthy and exciting lifestyle, from everyday conveniences to exquisite experiences. The planned 62 000 m2 large development volume will include sustainable A-class offices, modern apartments, event spaces, restaurants, cafes, shops and possibly a hotel.
