The final approval of Satekles Business center building design was issued by the City Development Department of Riga City Council to Linstow Baltic on January 3. The ambitious office complex will be located in the neighborhood of the Riga Central Railway Station and the Origo One business center between Elizabetes, Ernesta Birznieka-Upīša, Satekles and Dzirnavu streets.

The future 12,000 m2 Satekles Business center office complex will consist of five interconnected buildings, integrating also two buildings of the city’s cultural historical heritage. The main building will have seven floors and the company AS SEB banka has already become its anchor tenant, intending to move its head office to these premises.
